A healthy twist on a classic dinner favorite!
Ingredients (Meatballs):
2 Lbs Ground Turkey
1.5 C Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1/2 C Chopped Green Onions
1 Pinch Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper to taste
Ingredients (Sauce):
1/2 C Sriracha
3 Tb Soy Sauce
3 Tb Rice Vinegar
4 Tb Honey
2 Tb Fresh Grated Ginger
2 Tb Minced Garlic
2 Tb Toasted Sesame Seeds
Recipe:
Step 1: Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl
Step 2: Form into 1 inch meatballs
Step 3: Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in oven at 375 F for 20 minutes
Step 4: Add all sauce ingredients in sauce pan
Step 5: Whisk on low heat until combined (the sauce will begin to thicken)
Step 6: Toss meatballs in sauce and serve over rice
Step 7: Top with fresh chopped green onion and roasted sesame seeds
