Ingredients:

3/4 C @thesoulfullproject Hearty Grains and Seeds
1/4 C @traderjoes Chia and Flax Seed Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana Mashed 
2 TB Honey

Recipe:

Step 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
