Mini Paleo Pizza

A healthy twist on mini bagel pizzas!


@paleothinfood Pizza Crust Mix 
1/2 C Water 
1 TB Kosher Salt .
Mozzarella Cheese 
Parmesan Cheese 
Tomato Sauce 
Diced Mushrooms 
Minced Garlic


Step 1: Mix dough based on Paleo Thin instructions (bag contents + 1/2 C Water + Pinch of Salt)
Step 2: Bake Pizza Crusts at 425 F for 10-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown
Step 3: Add sauce, cheese, and toppings
Step 4: Put pizzas back into the oven until cheese is melted
