Spicy meal prep for any time of year!
Ingredients (Meatballs):
2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey @shadybrookfarm
1.5 C Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 C Chopped Green Onion
1 Pinch Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
Ingredients (Sauce):
1/4 C Sriracha
3 Tb Soy Sauce
3 Tb Rice Vinegar
4 Tb Honey
2 Tb Fresh Grated Ginger
2 Tb Fresh Minced Garlic (1-2 Cloves)
2 Tb Toasted Sesame Seeds
Ingredients (Sides/Toppings):
1 Cup Cooked @eatbanza Chickpea Rice
Chopped Green Onion
Recipe:
Step 1: Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl
Step 2: Form into 1 inch balls
Step 3: Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the over at 375 F for 20 minutes. Make sure meatballs are cooked all the way through.
Step 4: Add all sauce ingredients in saucepan on low heat
Step 5: Whisk on low heat until combined (the sauce will begin to thicken)
Step 6: Take meatballs out of the oven. Toss meatballs in sauce and serve over @eatbanza Chickpea Rice
Step 7: Top with fresh chopped green onion and roasted sesame seeds
