Black Bean Brownies

Flourless chocolatey black bean brownies!


1 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed) 
1/2 C @thesoulfullproject rolled oats (red quinoa, chia, flax) 
2 TB @hersheys Cocoa Powder 
1/3 C @traderjoes Honey 
1/4 Tsp Salt 
1 packet @splenda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 
1/2 to 2/3 C @nestletollhouse Chocolate Chips


Step 1. Preheat oven to 415 F 
Step 2. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in blender/food processor 
Step 3. Blend well (add 1-2 tbsp water if needed for blending)
Step 4. Stir in chocolate chips
Step 5. Put in 8 x 8 greased pan (top with extra chocolate chips – optional) 
Step 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes 
Step 7. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting!!! This step is very important. Letting the brownies set helps them hold their shape while eating and cutting
Step 8. Slice and enjoy!
