Guilt free blondies!
Ingredients:
1 Can Chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
3/4 C Light Brown Sugar
1/4 C @thesoulfullproject oats
1/4 C @justins Maple Cashew Butter
1/2 C Coconut Oil
3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 C @nestletollhouse Chocolate Chips
Recipe:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 415 F
Step 2. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips)
Step 3. Mix in chocolate chips and spread in greased 8 x 8 baking pan
Step 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Step 5. Let cool for at least 10 minutes!
Step 6. Slice and enjoy!
