Cinnamon Apple Baked Oatmeal


Ingredients:

1.5 Cups The Soulfull Project hearty grains and seeds oat mix
1/2 Cup Silk almond milk
1 egg 
1/4 Cup Honey 
3/4 Chopped Fiji Apple 
2 tsp cinnamon .5 tsp Baking Powder 
Pinch of salt 
Toppings: pan seared apple and banana

Recipe:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Step 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes in greased glass baking pan
Step 4. While baking, slice the last 1/4 of the apple and slice half a banana
Step 5. Heat up a sauce pan and grease with coconut oil
Step 6. Toast banana and apple slices until golden brown. Sprinkle cinnamon while toasting
Step 7. Take oatmeal out of the oven. Let it cool completely before slicing.
Step 8. Add toppings and enjoy!
