Sometimes you just need a day off from everything; laundry, the gym, socializing, etc. MENTAL HEALTH is SO important!! So, as part of my mental heath relaxation afternoon, I made this strawberry banana smoothie bowl, crawled into bed and binged some YOU on Netflix.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen Costco strawberries
1/2 Dole banana
1 scoop Vital Proteins dark chocolate blackberry collagen powder
1/2 cup Silk almond milk
Add ice as needed for thickness
Toppings:
1/2 Sliced Dole banana
Earthly Choice Chia Seeds
Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened coconut flakes
Creative Snacks Co. almond clusters (baked with cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds)
