5 Ingredient Vanilla Protein Cake

I will admit it. I have a microwave protein cake problem. Good thing this cake is flour-less and amazingly healthy


Ingredients:

1 egg
1 banana 
2 TB Muscle Milk vanilla protein powder 
1 small handful fresh blueberries 
1 TB Nestle Toll House chocolate chips 

Toppings:

1 Emmy’s Organics peanut butter cookie 
1 small handful fresh blueberries 
1 Tb Earthly Choice chia seeds 
Drizzle of Bae’s Butters almond butter 

Recipe:

Step 1. Mix all batter ingredients together. 
Step 2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes 
Step 3. Let cool
Step 4. Add toppings and enjoy!
