Ingredients:
1 bag frozen cauliflower
2-3 TB Silk almond milk
Blistered tomato’s
Roasted Corn
McCormick garlic salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe:
Step 1: Place frozen cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl. Cover in plastic wrap and steam for 3-4 minutes. Cauliflower should be soft but not mushy.
Step 2: Place cauliflower in food processor. Add almond milk until smooth.
Step 3: In a saute pan, saute corn and tomatoes to desired temperature.
Step 4: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Enjoy!
