Flour-less Banana Bread

Happy Friday fit friends! I made some delicious flourless banana bread this afternoon!


Ingredients:

2 medium ripe bananas 
1 1/3 Cups The Soulfull Project blueberry almond hot cereal 
1 egg 
1/4 Cup honey 
1 tsp Baking soda 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 Cup Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 Cup crushed walnuts (optional) 
Drizzle of Bae’s Butters almond butter (optional)
Earthly Choice Chia seeds (optional)

Recipe:

Step 1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth 
Step 2. Spread in a greased glass banking disk (9×8) 
Step 3. Add toppings, walnuts, chocolate chips, sliced banana, get creative! 
Step 4. Bake at 355 F for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (if you poke the center) 
Step 5. Let cool for 15 minutes. 
Step 6. Slice and enjoy!
