Baked Lemon Donuts

HEALTH-IER BAKED DONUTS. Whaaat?⁉️ These are my baked LEMON mini donuts!! 🍋

➡️Did you know you can bake donuts instead of frying them? This eliminates the added oils from frying and makes them a bit healthier! ⬅️

Ingredients (dough):

1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup almond flour 
1/4 cup granulated sugar 
3/4 tsp Baking Powder 
3/4 tsp Baking soda 
1/4 tsp salt 
1 egg 
1 Tbsp olive oil 
1 Tbsp lemon juice 
1 Tbsp lemon zest 

Ingredients (lemon glaze):

⚠️ DISCLAIMER ⚠️ this glaze is NOT super healthy. If you have any healthy glaze recipes or tips please send them my way! 
3 Tbsp powdered sugar 
1 Tbsp lemon juice 
Lemon zest (as garnish)


1. Mix all wet ingredients together in one bowl and all dry ingredients in a separate bowl 
2. Once both bowls are full incorporated, mix wet and dry ingredients together 
3. Mix well until dough forms 
4. Preheat donut maker (I have a mini donut maker on hand at home!)
5. Fill molds and let bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
6. While donuts are baking, make glaze. Just mix all ingredients together in a bowl
7. Take donuts out and let cool. Top with glaze and extra lemon zest for garnish!
