Zucchini Muffins

Would you believe me if I told you there were vegetables in this muffin?? ➡️
Zucchini’s were on sale this week so of course we made zucchini muffins!


Ingredients:

1.5 cup wheat flour 
1 tsp Baking soda 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 egg 
1/2 cup Nu Naturals sugar free maple syrup (from my Clean.Fit Box)
1/2 cup Silk almond milk 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/3 cup plain rolled oats 
1.5 cups shredded zucchini 

Ingredients (toppings):

Kind Snacks peanut butter granola 
Bae’s Butters hazelnut butter

Recipe:

1. Mix all ingredients together 
2. Place in cupcake tins (this recipe makes 12)
3. Bake on 375 F for 15-20 minutes
4. EAT IMMEDIATELY! 🍪
