I was dying for some sweets this afternoon, but all I had in the pantry were skittles from last Halloween 😆. I decided to make these PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN COOKIES instead🍪
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup Justin’s coconut cashew butter
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I used Equate Protein Powder)
Recipe:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Recipe makes 9 cookies. Separate into 9 balls and place onto greased baking sheet
3. Bake at 350 F for 7-9 minutes
