Cauliflower Mashed Potatos

I don’t make these enough! 😋 My mom actually taught me how to make these, so shout out MOM!! ❤️


Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower from my Hungry Harvest box
2-3 tbsp almond milk

Recipe:

1. Steam cauliflower (I microwave it in a glass bowl for 5-7 minutes)
2. Put all cauliflower in blender with almond milk
3. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste
