Baked some delicious vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies yesterday and (accidentally) ate the entire batch 🤗 Making another batch today, hopefully they last longer than 2 hours this time 🍪
Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1 cup oats
1 tbsp PB.Fit peanut butter cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 chopped Rawmio Chocolate bar (from my Clean.Fit Box).
Recipe:
Step 1: Mash bananas in a large bowl
Step 2: Add all other ingredients and mix well
Step 3: Grease cooking sheet. Form dough into 1 inch balls. (Note: the cookies will not expand much, the shape you give them will be their final shape)
Step 4: Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes
Step 5: Let cool and ENJOY!
