Hello World! I hope everyone had an amazing thanksgiving 🦃 I am so happy to be back from my hiatus, nothing I ate these past few days would have been considered healthy 😂
Breakfast was a baked potato and veggie hash! 🥔
Ingredients:
2 diced medium potatoes
1/4 diced yellow onion
1 cup arugula
2 sliced turkey bacon (cook and diced and sprinkled on top)
2 eggs 🍳
