No bake chocolate peanut butter bites, inspired by a recipe Choosing Balance recently posted! 😋
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Soulfull Project hearty grains and seeds – oats
1/8 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup Super Fat original macadamia nut and almond butter (from my Clean Fit Box)
1/4 cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/8 cup Bubs Naturals collagen protein powder (from my Clean Fit Box)
Toppings:
1/2 cup melted Nestle Tollhouse dark chocolate chips
Trader Joe’s chia seeds
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into balls. Melt chocolate in microwave (30 seconds at a time, mix in between each 30 second interval). 🍪 Dip cookies in chocolate. Place on plate and put in freezer for 15-20 minutes. ENJOY! 😍
