NO FILTER on these chicken and feta meatballs. π The grocery store was completely out of ground turkey so we went with this lean ground chicken! Still super delicious. π
Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz) lean ground chicken
1/2 cup shredded arugula
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Recipe:
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
Step 2: Form mixture into 1-2inch meatballs
Step 3: Place on greased skilled. Medium heat. Put lid on and cook for 5-8 minutes. Make sure you flip them periodically and ensure they are cooked all the way through.
