I WAS SO EXCITED TO EAT THIS after a long day of work and a couple of workouts. ⭐️ First we took our puppy on a 2.5 mile walk, then we did a HIIT cardio workout posted by SELF. We wrapped it up with a short 1 mile post dinner walk. 💪🏼
