HEALTHY fried rice! I love fried rice and I’m seriously missing take out right now!
Ingredients: (makes 2 servings)
2 cups brown rice
2 chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Step 1: Pre cook rice, broccoli and chicken
Step 2: Sauté all ingredients together until combined (on low for about 10 minutes)
