Low Carb Vegan Wraps

Hello LOW CARB, VEGAN, wraps! 😋 I have been getting excited making grilled wraps with these Cut Da Carb low carb flatbreads. 👌🏼 Here’s how you know they’re good, my boyfriend while eating them said “are these regular tortillas?? They taste amazing” 👏🏼

Ingredients (makes 6-8 servings of filling):

Cut Da Carb flatbread
2 cups rice
1 package (10 oz) Fillos American Made Puerto Rican pink beans
1 cup spinach
1 cup green beans
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Oh My Spice fajita seasoning (from my Clean Fit Box)


1. Add rice, beans, spinach, greens beans and spices in sauté pan on medium heat
2. Cook until combined
3. LET MIXTURE COOL (if you don’t let it cool, the wraps will break and not hold together)
4. Preheat another sauté pan on medium heat
5. Lay out wrap, fill with 1 large scoop of mixture and wrap the tortilla
6. Once pan is hot, place tortilla on pan and let edges seal
7. Flip after 5-8 minutes
8. Take off heat and enjoy!!
