Hello LOW CARB, VEGAN, wraps! š I have been getting excited making grilled wraps with theseĀ Cut Da CarbĀ low carb flatbreads. šš¼ Hereās how you know theyāre good, my boyfriend while eating them said āare these regular tortillas?? They taste amazingā šš¼
Ingredients (makes 6-8 servings of filling):
1Ā Cut Da CarbĀ flatbread
2 cups rice
1 package (10 oz)Ā Fillos American MadeĀ Puerto Rican pink beans
1 cup spinach
1 cup green beans
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tspĀ Oh My SpiceĀ fajita seasoning (from myĀ Clean Fit Box)
Recipe:
1. Add rice, beans, spinach, greens beans and spices in sautƩ pan on medium heat
2. Cook until combined
3. LET MIXTURE COOL (if you donāt let it cool, the wraps will break and not hold together)
4. Preheat another sautƩ pan on medium heat
5. Lay out wrap, fill with 1 large scoop of mixture and wrap the tortilla
6. Once pan is hot, place tortilla on pan and let edges seal
7. Flip after 5-8 minutes
8. Take off heat and enjoy!!
