Banana Nut Muffins In A Yogurt Bowl

So we’ve all made banana bread during quarantine, but have you tried banana walnut muffins?? ☺️ I am so inspired by Wellness By Kay and wanted to try one of her recipes and this was BOMB! 10/10 would make these again 💣 (note: I did alter the recipe slightly based on my taste, for the original recipe check out Kayla’s page!!)


Ingredients (muffins):

3 bananas mashed
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon

Ingredients (yogurt bowl):

1/2 cup light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
Blackberries
Walnuts
Chia seeds
Navitas cacao nibs
Drizzle honey 

Recipe (muffins):

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mash bananas
3. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl
4. Scoop into muffin pan (should make 12 smaller muffins 9 larger muffins)
5. Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes
6. Let cool (or don’t) and enjoy! 😀
