Chocolate peanut Butter Protein Cookies

More quarantine baking? Surprise surprise 😂 Out of all my quarantine baking, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST making these. These cookies are almost 100% protein! Each cookie (if you make 10 cookies has 5 grams of protein) 👏🏼 A few main ingredients being nut butter, eggs and chocolate protein powder 🍫


1/2 cup nut butter (I used a mixed nut butter, but any nut butter will work)
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
1 scoop Vega chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips 


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix together all ingredients (except chocolate chips)
3. Once mixture is complete, fold in chocolate chips
4. Form into balls and push flat. The cookies should be in cookie shapes when they go in the oven, they do not spread out much
5. Bake at 350 F for for 11-13 minutes
6. Let cool and ENJOY your little protein bombs
