HOMEMADE GRANOLA!! 🥜 I have been seeing so many of my favorite creators make homemade granola and I really really needed to try it. ☺️ Let me tell you, this is one of the EASIEST recipes on the internet ❤️
Ingredients:
1 cup Mylk Labs roasted almond and salt oats (from my Clean.Fit Box) — any oats work
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Navitas goji berries
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Recipe:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Spread out on greased baking sheet
3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
4. Take out of oven and crush and crumble (to your desire, I left mine in small clusters)
5. Bake for 2 more minutes
6. Let cool and enjoy
⭐️ SPECIAL NOTE: I used very weirdly specific berries and nuts. I assume these can be swapped out, example: goji berries can be swapped with raisins or dried cranberries, walnuts or pumpkin seeds can be swapped with almonds or any crushed nut) ⭐️
