LEMON WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES 🍋 (completely inspired by @choosing_balance recipe!!) I am really a sucker for lemony cookies but I am usually too lazy to zest fresh lemons 🙈 I also bought these white chocolate chips and just needed to bake with them. This recipe is magic ⭐️
Ingredients:
1 egg
1.5 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup almost melted coconut oil
1/3 cup Nestle Tollhouse whites chocolate chips
Recipe (makes about 20 small cookies):
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3. Form into 1 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet
4. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until cookies begin to appear golden brown
5. EAT THEM ALL 🍪
