Healthy double chocolate donuts holes inspired by Choosing Balance’s recipe! 🍩
Ingredients (Donuts):
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Ingredients (Topping):
1/4 cup Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Mix all donut ingredients together
3. Form into balls on greased baking sheet
4. Bake at 325 F for 12 minutes
5. While baking, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave for 45 seconds
6. Once baked, dip donuts in chocolate and top with sprinkles (optional)
