Healthy Peach Crumble

In between puppy nap times and walks, I had time to make this GEM! 💎 Healthy peach crumble was on the menu today and it was a fantastic success. 15/10 would make this again. It would also be amazing paired with vanilla ice cream/yogurt🍦


Ingredients:

2 washed and sliced peaches
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/8 cup coconut sugar
1.5 – 2 tbsp softened plant based butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Wash and slice peaches. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, hemp seeds, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Mix until it has a flaky almost dough texture (will stick together if you squeeze it, but crumbles easy)
4. Crumble the mixture on top of the peaches
5. Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes. Peaches should be bubbling and topping should be browning 🍑
