Avocado Pudding

Do you guys know the Kardashians? 👸🏽…stay with me, I swear this is relevant. Whether you love em or hate em, we have to acknowledge that they have access to some of the most expensive health/nutrition advice money can buy. 💰 Of course, as consumers we should remain skeptical, we don’t need to be sold skinny tea or diet pills, but one recipe did catch my eye and that was this avocado pudding. 🥑
There are four ingredients and overall, it seemed pretty healthy (besides the added cane sugar, but everything in moderation, right?) so I gave it a whirl. 🌪

My analysis: you HAVE to LOVE avocados, it tastes like sweet avocado. It was alright, too sweet for me, but it was tasty! 💚 I think this would be the perfect healthy treat for somebody who really enjoys snacking on pudding and wants a cleaner/healthier alternative 🟩


Ingredients:

1 organic avocados
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup oat milk (any milk works)
1 tbsp honey

Recipe:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well! Make sure the mixture has a creamy texture before removing! Pour into bowl and enjoy 😊
