Healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal

CONFESSION TIME: Until today, I have always made my oats in the microwave. 🙈 I started watching WellnessByKay on tik tok and felt like to be a food guru, I NEEDED to learn to make stovetop oats. So here we are….with the best bowl of apple pie oatmeal I have ever had 😍


1/3 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 splash vanilla
1/2 medium apple (diced)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2-3/4 cup Silk almond milk


1. Combine oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Put them to the side
2. Heat sauté pan to medium heat. Add butter/oil/cooking spray (of your choice) to the pan to avoid sticking
3. Add diced apples to the pan
4. Sauté apples until soft
5. Add dry ingredients, almond milk and syrup to the pan
6. Stir until combined and the oatmeal is cooked and has reached the consistency you like
7. Take off heat, let cool and enjoy!
