I CANT EXPRESS MY HAPPINESS!! 😍 I was finally able to make tofu taste good, after 10+ tries, we did it!!
Ingredients:
1/2 block tofu (1 lb.)
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs (any kind works)
1/8 cup olive oil
Seasonings: garlic salt, onion powder, Healthy On You paleo poultry rub from my Clean Fit Box
Recipe:
1. Slice tofu into desired sized chunks
2. Mix bread crumbs, flour and seasonings in 1 bowl
3. Add olive oil to another bowl
4. Dip tofu in olive oil, and than in breading
5. Place into air fryer and air fry for around 15 minutes (or until tofu reaches your desired texture – I like mine CRISPY)
6. Pair tofu with anything you would like (pictured here I have some Right Rice and veggies) and ENJOY! 💕
