Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Say hello to your new favorite snack! 🤯 No seriously…I can’t stop eating these peanut butter energy bites 💕 (these taste EXACTLY like chocolate chip chewy bars)


Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup chunky @traderjoes peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chunks/chips

Recipe:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Form into 1 inch balls and spread out on plate
3. Cool in freezer/fridge until solid (15-20 minutes)
