Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Listen, I know it’s spring time, but I REALLY wanted to make these pumpkin chocolate chip cookies 🍪 (for old time sake 😅)


1 cup pumpkin purée
2 cups oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Justin’s almond butter (make sure your nut butter is sweet!)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl
3. Once well combined, place 1 inch balls on greased baking sheet
4. Gently press tops of cookies down until flat
5. Top cookies with chocolate chips (I used Nestle Toll House chocolate chunks)
6. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes
7. Let cool and enjoy! 🎃
