Ingredients:
Air fried chick peas (tossed in lemon pepper seasoning)
Wild rice
Shredded spinach
Black beans
Corn
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Diced red onion
Feta cheese
Lemon juice
Hummus
Cilantro
