Avocado Deviled Eggs


Pls ignore the sun attacking this photo, but DEVILED eggs? (for spooky season, get it?) πŸ˜… I love deviled eggs so much, but I really only eat them at parties. 🎈 So being the absolute genius I am (πŸ˜‚), I shrunk down my regular recipe and made it into a snack size recipe (serves 2) πŸ₯‚


Ingredients:

3 eggs
1/2 small avocado
1 stalk chopped green onion
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lite Mayo (or plain Greek yogurt)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
(Optional) sprinkle paprika for garnish

Directions:

1. Bring water to a boil. Drops eggs in and cover.
2. Boil for 10-12 minutes
3. Drop eggs into an ice bath and let cool
4. Peel eggs and scoop yolk out into a medium sized bowl
5. Add all other ingredients to yolk and mix until combined
6. Add mixture into piping bag and pipe back into egg white β€œcups”
(You can also use a spoon, I just wanted to be extra)
7. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
