Sometimes VEGAN meals are the BEST meals. My body was begging for fruits and veggies after my (0 regrets, but very sodium filled) thanksgiving week 🦃
This vegan Buddha bowl really hit the spot 🌱


Ingredients:

1/2 cup white rice
Air fried garlic chickpeas
Air friend garlic potato’s
Sliced cherry tomatos
1 spoonful garlic roasted hummus
Green onions
Drizzle lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
