Fudgy Peanut Butter Banana Brownies


HELLO FUDGEY PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BROWNIES!!! 🤤 I really let my bunch of bananas go this week and I didn’t want to make another batch of banana bread, so I got creative!! These fudgy brownies are defiantly non traditional and SUPER delicious. ❤️


Ingredients:

2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted natural Jif peanut butter
1/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mash bananas in large mixing bowl
3. Mix in sugar, honey, butter and vanilla
4. Mix in dry ingredients
5. Pour batter into greased baking dish
6. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top and swirl it around. Add chocolate chips on top
7. Bake on 350 F for 25-30 minutes
8. Let cool, slice and enjoy!

Soft And Chewy Gingerbread Cookies


SOFT AND CHEWY GINGERBREAD COOKIES 🍪 I am obsessed with gingerbread cookies but (unpopular opinion) I don’t really like the dry flat standard, I love fluffy spice filled cookies! 🎄 These cookies are the perfect addition to any holiday spread 😊


Ingredients:

1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup softened butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp water
2 tbsp molasses
(Topping: 2 tbsp white sugar to roll balls in before baking)

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix well
3. Add wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated
4. Roll into balls, recipe makes about 12 cookies
5. Roll balls in white sugar and place on greased baking sheet 1 inch apart
6. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes
7. Let cool and enjoy! 🌲

Healthy Snickerdoodle Cookies

HEALTHY SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES! 🍪 I think at this point I’ve made a healthy version of every type of cookie except snickerdoodles 😂 It’s about freaking time I showed these cookies some love, and just in time for the holidays 🎄


Ingredients:

1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut sugar
(Topping: coconut sugar and cinnamon)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
3. Mix in ALL wet ingredients
4. Form dough into 1/2 inch balls
5. In a separate small bowl, mix coconut sugar and cinnamon
6. Roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar mixture
7. Place on greased baking sheet
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes
9. Let cool and try not to eat the entire batch 😋
